Our Services

Concierge Architects is an on-call, full-service firm. We provide two types of assistance: an "all-phases" approach, from preliminary site analysis to construction administration; and "a la carte". Whether you need help with a project from start to finish or just one or two of its' phases, we are here to help when you need it the most.

Documentation

We create in-depth documentation of site conditions and 'as-built' measurements of existing buildings.

Preliminary Design

We discuss your vision and do in-depth research to find the imagery and conditions that evoke your design aspirations.

Schematic Design

We design the project with the intent of meeting all of the issues and conditions discovered in the preliminary design phase.

Design Development

We develop the concept of the design into a buildable project by working together to select the perfect building materials and interior finishes.

Contract Documents

We create construction documents for the building of the project. The architect and engineers finalize the technical design and required engineering.

Construction Procurement

We send out invitations to bid for the construction of the project and we help you select the most qualified contractor for this particular project.

Construction Administration

We review the contractors’ work and suggest changes. We determine when the project is complete and then close out the contractor’s work.

Permit Application Services

We review and correct submittal documentation and maintain contact with agencies, community groups and jurisdictions.

Urban and Master Planning

We create both strategic and project master development plans, which improve a given area or areas, with an emphasis on long-range growth.

Concierge Architects increases contractors financial security by providing direct services that make Contractors more marketable. This can including documentation review and correction for jurisdictional submittals; and public-relations and submittal representation to community groups, agencies and jurisdictions.

We work hand in hand with the different type of Contractors; the design-build contractor that doesn’t specialize in design but still wants to offer it “in-house” to clients; the Contractor that prefers to sub-out the design angle of their projects, wanting the architect to take responsibility for all design decisions; or with the Contractor that simply appreciates the design support that an “extra set of eyes” can bring to the overall project.

Functioning in this capacity, we over-see the builder and subcontractors in their following of the plans and specifications and do our utmost to see they are not cutting corners.

Lance is a former CPA with years of accounting and business valuation experience. He earned his degree in Business Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and runs the finances of Concierge Architects.

Office Manager

Mary Schmidt

Mary earned her degree at California State University, Fullerton as a Communications Major with an emphasis in Television Production. She serves as the Business Operations Manager and Media Director for Concierge Architects.
